LUNA and USTC cryptocurrencies soared after LUNC

On September 10, 2022, cryptocurrencies Terra (LUNA) and TerraClassicUSD (USTC) had the best price gains of the day.

These virtual assets were pamped (creating artificial demand and manipulatively inflating prices) by traders. Experts assumed that the reason could be the interest in the digital currency Cosmos (ATOM), as well as in Terra Classic (LUNC), but this information was not confirmed.

The price of LUNA reached $5.62, though a day ago this digital asset was traded at $2. Its price jumped 183% within the last 24 hours, which made short-term investors very happy. The total supply of coins on the market reached $716.5 million, which allowed the cryptocurrency to settle at number 62 in the top ranking. Bidders secured $7.33 billion in transactions over the past 24 hours.

USTC token from the same ecosystem also added in value over the last day. Its rate was fixed at $0.066, which is 59% higher than one day ago. The virtual asset was ranked 67th among the top digital currencies with a total offering of $649.9 million. Daily trading volumes reached $574 million.

Ravencoin (RVN) remained in third place in the ranking of the most profitable tokens over the past 24 hours. This cryptocurrency gained 14.79%. Its value was fixed at $0.051 and its market capitalization reached $542.03 million, which allowed it to rise to 76th place in the list of the best virtual assets. The daily volume of transactions on crypto-exchanges stopped at the value of $339 million.
