Five cryptocurrencies gained 50% or more in a week

On September 12, 2022, five cryptocurrencies from the top 100 by maximum capitalization gained more than 50%.

This happened against the backdrop of a global recovery of the entire market to $1.1 trillion. Terra (LUNA), Ravencoin (RVN), Golem (GLM), TerraClassicUSD (USTC) and Terra Classic (LUNC) showed the best performance.

LUNA was the leader of the previous week, its rate grew by 191.18% over the reporting period. At the same time its value fell sharply by 14.55% to $5.22 just within the last 24 hours. The virtual currency ranked 66th at $665.48 million.

Next was RVN, whose price did not increase significantly, but also greatly pleased its own short-term holders. The exchange rate of the token soared by 69.4% in just seven days. It was trading at $0.054, and the total supply was $575.65 million.

The third place in the list went to Golem, which has sharply increased in value over the past 24 hours. The cryptocurrency GLM was trading at $0.039, which is 39.32% more expensive than yesterday and 66.53% more than the previous week. The digital asset had a total capitalization of $3390.62 million.

USTC and LUNC performed well. The former has grown in price by 66.07%, reaching $0.051. At this total supply of coins circulating on the market was $501.98 mln.

As for LUNC, its value grew by 57.48% during the given period and reached $0.0004. At the same time, the cryptocurrency moved up to the 29th place in the top ranking with the index of $2.49 billion.
