Ethereum is up 6% in 24 hours

The cryptocurrency Ethereum (ETH) became more expensive by 6.15% over the past 24 hours between September 5 and 6, 2022.

The virtual currency was trading at $1656. The total capitalization of the asset rose to $202.06 billion, breaking the important $200 billion resistance level. Daily trading volumes totaled $16.4 billion.

Other cryptocurrencies from the ranking of the best by maximum capitalization did not manage to show such good profitability. For example, the flagship digital currency Bitcoin (BTC) gained only 0.58% in the past 24 hours. The price of the leading virtual asset was $19,834 at the time of writing the news.

The total supply of coins on the market was $379.17 billion, with daily transaction volumes of $31.61 billion.

As for Binance Coin (BNB), this virtual asset became more expensive by 2.18% over the past day. Its rate reached the value of $282.11, and its capitalization reached the mark of $45.43 billion. Traders were unable to carry out trading operations for more than $844 million.

Market analysts noted that the biggest profit among the cryptocurrencies in the top 10, in addition to ether, was made by Solana (SOL). This virtual coin became more expensive by 4.19%, reaching a price value of $32.96, with a capitalization of $11.52. Market participants secured deals worth $672.66 million.

According to experts, the total supply of all cryptocurrencies increased by 2.01% over the past 24 hours. This allowed the capitalization indicator to come close to the $1 trillion mark and fix at $994.8 billion.
